Not only are calls measured against the DNC lists, the intuitive system’s time zone management functionality will ensure that you are calling the right person at exactly the right time, regardless of location. VanillaSoft reviews the calling area code before each call to ensure that the caller is working within the defined calling periods established by the manager, and it even recognizes variables such as Daylight Savings. VanillaSoft allows the user to program exceptions and even block out lunch periods from the calling platform.
