Creating New Projects

What it does

Projects allow for different departments to work multiple campaigns using the same queue settings. This video will walk you through how to create new projects, how to copy projects and how to create multiple teams within each project.

Why is this so Cool?

You don’t have to create new projects for every list that is uploaded into VanillaSoft. Lists can be added and segmented in a single project by creating teams. If a new project needs to be created, you can start from scratch or simply copy a project and its settings and modify the settings from there.

 

 

 


Result Codes

What it does

Result Codes allow for customized call dispositions that dictate the life cycle of each lead. Each code is given a priority and value that gives the lead direction and instruction on how each lead is handled.

Why is this so Cool?

Result Codes automatically determine what should happen to lead at each stage of the sales process. "New" leads can be sent to the front of the queue to be called by the next available sales person. The first "No Contact" can be instructed to reappear after a certain interval. "Set Appointment" can automatically appear on the calendar and then get removed from the queue until the scheduled time. "Missed Appointment" can be instructed to reappear after another set interval. The customization possibilities are endless.

What it does

What it does

What it does

Automatic E-mail Notification of Lead Status Change

What it does

It allows e-mails to be sent to any team member or group of people notifying them that the status of a lead has changed.
