4 Critical Areas of Sales You Need to Automate

Your sales reps are being robbed of valuable hours in their workday by tasks they don’t need to be doing. The most important thing your reps can do in a day is talk with potential customers, yet most inside sales systems are not set up for that.

Are you making it more difficult for your sales team to meet its sales quota? Bubba Page, the founder of Outro, hit the nail on the head when he stated, “Your sales reps are being robbed.” His article on, inspired by the Sweet Fish Media interview with David Hood, CEO of VanillaSoft, is all about the critical areas in your sales process that need automation.

As someone who’s been in the inside sales industry for awhile, I can say I agree with him. If your sales reps are spending valuable time on tasks they don’t need to be doing, then they are absolutely being robbed.

Automation is the key. He focuses on 4 critical areas that should be automated: Call Automation, Email Automation, Cadence Automation, &Referral Automation. If you want to increase your sales, then it’s vital that you implement automation into your inside sales process.
