Prior to joining VanillaSoft, Thornton served as Senior Vice President Sales and Marketing, Americas at Corel Corporation where he was responsible for all regional sales, marketing, alliances and business development activities. Prior to Corel, Thornton served as Senior Vice President Sales for Sage Software where he drove new Small Business Division sales initiatives in the the Americas, Europe and Asia Pacific regions via direct and indirect sales channels.
